LICENSING

You will need an ANDRA license to compete in ANDRA sanctioned events. Racers who need an ANDRA license can apply at the below link.

https://app.andra.com.au/app/#/apply/licence

The license can be used at multiple NDRC events under ANDRA sanction including Benaraby, Dragway at The Bend, and Calder, amongst others.

This includes ANDRA Category 1 Personal Accident Insurance  Program https://www.andra.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/ANDRA-PA-SUMMARY-23_.pdf

MEDICAL

You will need an ANDRA medical certificate to race. However, ANDRA will recognise medical certification from other sanctioning bodies as long as they are current at the time of racing.

You just need to complete Page 1 of the medical declaration at the below link and supply your IHRA medical certificate.

TECH CHECKS

No Tech inspections or licensing will be done at or during the event. Please make sure your licence, log book and medical are update prior to your arrival. You will not be allowed to compete if any of these are not presented and current.

SUPER STOCK AND COMP ELIMINATOR CLASSES

As is customary for events run under both sanctioning bodies, NDRC events will combine Super Stock and Comp Eliminator into one Super Comp class, except in the circumstances where there are 8 or more racers in both fields.

If you run in an IHRA class, and you do not think you can comply with an ANDRA class – or vice versa – and you wish to enter an NDRC event, please do the following …

  1. Enter the event as a competitor in the appropriate category
  2. Provide your ANDRA license number
  3. Provide your ANDRA racing class and/or your IHRA racing class

If you genuinely cannot fit into a class of the sanctioning body of that event, the event sanctioning body will assess and provide the racer with an index/record to run against relevant to their past performance in the other sanctioning body.

For example, an IHRA racer whose class does not appear in the ANDRA categories will be given an index based on the IHRA National Record.

The NDRC will do this for competitors who enter the event to race. If you’re not satisfied with the index/record or other information you receive from the sanctioning body and no longer wish to participate, you will have your entry fee refunded immediately.

Due to limited pit space, entries have been capped for this event as previously communited.

This side of the event will run on Friday 18th October.

The NDRC invited competitior Grand Final part will run over Saturday 19th and 20th October

Entries close Sunday 29th September 2024 at 5pm
