TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• NOTE: The Christmas Super Ticket Pre-sale tickets will be issued as a gift voucher. Christmas Super Ticket Gift Voucher holders will be given exclusive access to redeem their tickets prior to the official ticket sale date in 2018.
• Voucher holders will be notified by EQUITANA Melbourne prior to the exclusive access date.
• Gift Vouchers MUST be redeemed during this exclusive access period.    
• Vouchers are NOT tickets and will NOT gain you access to the event without a valid ticket.
• Christmas Vouchers will not allocate you an assigned seat. Seat will be allocated during redeeming process.
• The Christmas Super Ticket Pre-sale is strictly limited and only 200 will be available.   
• Voucher prices include GST and are in Australian dollars.
• Vouchers (and subsequent tickets) are strictly non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost.
• Concession applies to Aged Pensioners on a pension card and Disability Pensioners on the accredited Centerlink Card.
• International Concession cards are not accepted.
• You will be required to show your concession card ID when your ticket/s are scanned at the Event Entrance.
• Child Voucher prices apply to children up to 14 years.
• A ticketing and credit card fee will apply to each item purchased.
