The Australian National Maritime Museum is proud that it’s iconic 1,700 square metre-roof comes to life with the Colours of India to celebrate Australia’s shared history with India as part of Confluence 2017.
The links between Australia and India span hundreds of years, from the early days of the colony when India played an essential part in our survival and growth to today and the strong political, economic and community ties we share. The Australian National Maritime Museum is proud to have strong links to the Indian community and we are pleased to be once again supporting this wonderful celebration of Indian culture, Confluence 2017.
Created by The Electric Canvas, the Colours of India rooftop projection takes inspiration from the colours, pattern, flavours, and sounds of India and can be enjoyed by visitors to Darling Harbour.
