The School of Business and Law at CQUniversity, Australia, is delighted to host the 29th Annual Council of Australasian University and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE) Conference, in Cairns Queensland, 11th-14th February, 2019.

CAUTHE 2019 will commence with the Bill Faulkner CAUTHE PhD/ECR workshop on Monday 11th February, 2019 to be held at the Cairns Campus of CQUniversity, Australia. The main conference will follow from Tuesday 12th February to Thursday 14th February, at the Pullman Cairns Internatinal Hotel. Registration fees include options for: full and earlybird registration, student and single day registrations with CAUTHE members eligible for a discounted rate. All social events are included in the full registration fee although a separate fee for partner attendance will apply where additional tickets are required. 

Privacy act

The information on this form will be used solely for the purposes of organising and planning the conference. If you do not wish to have your name published as part of this conference or made available to other delegates, please indicate your desire to opt out when you register.

Image release

In registering for the CAUTHE2019 conference, workshops, and/or other events, delegates grant permission to CAUTHE, and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line or multimedia purposes by and for CAUTHE. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from CAUTHE in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, CAUTHE and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise CAUTHE in writing via Email: cauthe2019@cqu.edu.au.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation of registration up until 6 January 2019 will result in a refund except for AU$50 (plus GST) administration fee. From 7 January 2019, no refund will be made. Accommodation cancellation fees are subject to the accommodation providers’ policies and may vary from this policy. Refunds will only be directed back to those accounts from which the initial payment was made. Please allow thirty (30) days for processing of your cancellation requests.
