Masala Pappadums served with side dish platter (Include Raita ,Mango Chutney ,Lime Pickle ,and Tomato Onion Salsa.)
Entree’
Aloo chop : Mashed potato cake prepared with ginger and chickpea flour and deep fried.
Momo : Taditional nepalese steamed dumpling served with home-made tomato sauce.
Bara : Traditional lentil cake cooked with onion,mild himalayan spices and deep fried.
Grilled lamb : Thinly sliced lamb back strap marinated overnight and char-grilled.
Sekuwa Chicken
Thigh fillets marinated overnight in mild spices and char grilled served on wild rice and salad.
Kaju Beef
A very mild creamy beef curry cooked with cashew nuts and mild spices.
Tarkari
A traditional Nepalese mixed vegetable cooked with Himalayan spices.
Daal
Kidney beans and mixed lintels slow cooked with caramelised onion, ginger and spices.
Main meal served with steamed rice, bread enough for the whole table.
Lal Mohan
Cottage Cheese dumpling served with vanilla ice cream.
