This month we have a real treat for you. We are heading back to 4Fourteen on Bourke Street, Surry Hills. The décor in this restaurant has a real rustic feel to it, set in a large open plan, high ceilings and great lighting. You will notice as soon as you arrive all the action in the open kitchen and the buzz in the air.
The staff are exceptional at this venue and will effortlessly make you feel like a special guest all night.
Colin Fassnidge, a Dublin born, two-hatted, nose to tail chef is the owner and executive chef. You will also know him as one of the celebrity chefs from My Kitchen Rules, and he also had his own show called ‘Colin’s Ireland’ back in 2015.
The menu will deliver rich textures and delicious flavours that you will be savouring long after you lay your cutlery down, lean back in your seat and go “wow, I’m so full”.
