Hand fried zucchini flowers, quinoa, and chickpea falafel, served on a sundried tomato Hummus, with a minted yoghurt and garlic dressing.
Second Course (select one)
Surf and Turf
Slow roasted beef Rib, accompanied by whole tiger prawns, honey roasted Dutch carrots, celeriac puree, flash grilled white asparagus and port wine Jus.
Land and Air
Traditional Christmas fair, a trio Pork, ham, and turkey. Pumpkin, Potato, and sweet potato stack, Yorkshire pudding, candied yams, butter and pancetta roasted Brussel sprouts and all the sauce trimmings.
Ocean Fair
Crispy skin barramundi, Balmain bug, roasted kipfler potatoes, pan-fried Bok choy, blackened capsicum puree and Verdelho beurre Blanc sauce
Third Course (select one)
Christmas Favorite
House steamed Christmas pudding, served with cream filed brandy snap, butterscotch sauce, and vanilla bean ice cream.
With a Twist
Deconstructed lemon meringue pie – lemon curd, soft and crumbled meringue, house made butter shortbread and served with a lime sorbet shot.
Something Naughty
Chocolate Lava cake, Chocolate mousse, raspberry pop rocks, raspberry compote and finished with a baileys and white chocolate sauce.
