WORKSHOP INFORMATION

This one day workshop is designed for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who wish to further their knowledge and skills with regards to hoists, slings and transfers for people with disabilities. This workshop is suitable for therapists wishing to become advanced prescribers, including Green prescribers aspiring to become Amber prescribers, Amber prescribers aspiring to become Red prescribers and for Red prescribers to enable skill maintenance. This workshop will be presented by Sarah Macneil, Occupational Therapist and SWEP Clinical advisor.

Date/time: Thursday 23rd March 9.30am to 4.30pm (Registration from 9.15am)

Cost: $365 (includes GST)

Places available per course: 20

Venue: CQUniversity, Melbourne, 120 Spencer St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 (Enter at 625 Little Collins Street)

Catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

CQU reserves the right to cancel or postpone any workshop. In the circumstances where this is required, registration fees will be refunded in full. CQU bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred, including loss of income, travel or accommodation expenses.

If you are unable to attend a workshop after you have registered and paid, a full refund will be provided if CQU is notified in writing 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop. Please note we are unable to provide a refund after this time. Please direct enquiries to cqu-swep@cqu.edu.au
