We’re bringing back the drive‑in movie experience this Valentine’s Day at Dragway at The Bend!
Join us for a night under the stars with Grease on the big screen, perfect for couples looking for a romantic evening and families wanting a fun night out together. If you're keen to embrace the nostalgia and dress up, the best‑dressed Danny and Sandy (or similar) will receive FREE entry to the next movie night we host.
Take the covers off your pride and joy, dust off your hot rod, or simply come along because you’ve been missing the classic drive‑in vibe. This event is for everyone, and if the community embraces it, we’d love to host more drive‑ins throughout the year for car lovers and movie fans alike.
Event Times
- Gates Open: 6:00pm
- Movie Starts: 7:30pm
- Gates Close: 9:45pm
We will be playing the movie on both sides of the venue, so you can choose to park up and watch from your car, sit in the amphitheatre on the drag strip side, or relax on the grass with a picnic blanket or deck chairs. It can get chilly when the sun goes down, so you may want to bring a blanket.
Please note: No BYO alcohol. The café will be open for food, snacks, and beverages from gate opening until the movie ends.
