Work alongside master textile artist, June Hope, as she teaches you the art of wet felting using glorious textiles and fibres.

June will guide you through the process of creating your own one off, statement piece of felt which you can use for a garment, scarf, hat or art!

June is well known Australia wide and her works are sold in exclusive galleries across the country. June's own works artistically combine the finest Australian merino and/or alpaca fleece often with silks and other fabrics and fibre. 'These are my art mediums: I paint with fleece and fibre'  is how she describes her work. This is then hand-felted using traditional wet felting methods and hand-rolled into a fabulous felted fusion of colour and harmony.

Cost includes all materials. This is an all day workshop and morning and afternoon tea is provided. There will be a lunch break (lunch not included). Workshop will be held on Saturday June 10 from 10am - 4pm. Cost is $125 per person. Venue:  Portland Hall, 41 Cecilia Street, St Helens.
