WORKSHOP INFORMATION

This introductory one day workshop is designed for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who are either new graduates or have less than 2 years clinical experience. This workshop is highly recommended for all therapists who are Green prescribers for SWEP and have less than 2 years of clinical experience.

Date/time: Friday 21st April 9.30am to 4.30pm (Registration from 9.15am)

Cost: $365 (includes GST) or $295 (includes GST & $70 SWEP discount for therapists who completed their final year of study in 2016).

Places available per course: 25

Venue: CQUniversity, Melbourne, 120 Spencer St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 (Enter at 625 Little Collins Street)

Catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

CQU reserves the right to cancel or postpone any workshop. In the circumstances where this is required, registration fees will be refunded in full. CQU bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred, including loss of income, travel or accommodation expenses.

If you are unable to attend a workshop after you have registered and paid, a full refund will be provided if CQU is notified in writing 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop. Please note we are unable to provide a refund after this time.
