Perfume Playground hosts intimate workshops where everyone will create a signature scent for the Seasons. You'll leave feeling celebrated and connected. Club Members describe the experience as 'Beautiful, Enlightening and Addictive'.
A scent bar full of top, middle and base notes is open for exploration. All ingredients are ethically sourced and the highest quality in the world. The host, Samantha Copland trained by world renowned alchemist Mandy Aftel.
We match fragrance families into the appropriate season and share knowledge of perfume accords while also allowing each person creative freedom to design their own signature scent.
A hero ingredient is surrounded by your choice of essences. In summer create a floral perfume and choose an alchemic direction to suit you e.g. fresh, citrus or fruity. In contrast in winter it will be a spicy and you can choose between a woody, floral, earthy direction. In Autumn, start with an ambery resin and in Spring something green and minty.

Once you've selected essences that suit your seasonal preferences you'll design and bottle your unique natural fragrance. If you're looking for technical knowledge about perfume-design this is for you. You'll learn about seasonal ingredients in depth, the language of perfumery and how to develop classic accords.
What you will learn
- Develop an understanding of the composition of Natural Perfume
- Learn the language of perfumery and in-depth knowledge of The Four Seasonal aromatics; Summer Rose, Autumn Frankincense, Winter Cinnamon & Spring Peppermint
- Learn a best-practise blending technique and how to scale your fragrant accord

- Explore a Specialty Scent Lab of over 100 Natural Aromatics sourced ethically from all over the world
