BELLA VISTA FARM
Pioneers in Petticoats

Meet four inspiring women who helped shape today’s Australia. First Fleet convict Mary Bryant escaped in an open boat while child pioneer Eliza Hawkins travelled to Bathurst on a bullock dray. Fanny Macleay, eldest of six unmarried daughters, was an unsung scientist and Lola Montez performed her famous Spider Dance at the Ballarat goldfields. This play stars Australian stage and screen actress Brigid O’Sullivan.

After touring NSW exclusively in historic houses, this is a one-off exclusive performance at Bella Vista Far as part of the Summer Series Festival.

LOCATION

The performance takes place in the historic Bella Vista Farm. Car parking is available on site and is just a short walk from the venue. Entrance to parking is via Elizabeth MacArthur Drive.

The performance will take place indoors in the packing shed, and will take place rain, hail or shine.

Little Miss Collins will have a pop up restaurant also on the site, open 8am - 3:30pm for lunch, coffees and cakes, so do come early to enjoy this historic setting.
